The instructions were kind of confusing at first, so I had to spend extra time figuring things out. I eventually got it together, but the timing was really frustrating because I needed it to be smoother right then, not after a bunch of trial and error

It’s okay overall for what I paid. It works fine so far, but a few parts feel a little rough, and I expected it to feel a bit sturdier. Not bad, just not quite as solid as I was hoping.

Support took a while to get back to me, and when they finally did, they weren’t really that helpful. I get that things can get busy, but still, it was frustrating...

I’ve been using it for a little while, and the movement just doesn’t feel very smooth to me. It has this jerky, uneven kind of feel when you try to move it around, which gets annoying after a bit. I was expecting it to glide or respond more naturally, but instead it feels kind of rough and frustrating to use.

The site just feels kind of cheap and cluttered to me. Why make it so hard to find what you’re looking for? A cleaner layout would make a big difference.

I do like that it folds up and can tuck into the corner of my garage without taking over the whole space. That part is really nice. But moving it around still feels kind of awkward, and it wastes more energy than it should just trying to get it positioned. Space-wise, it’s decent, but I wish it was easier to handle.

The padding is okay and it’s not uncomfortable exactly, but my posture still feels kind of weird when I use it. I’m not sure if it’s the angle or that part in the back or what, but it just doesn’t feel totally natural

I wouldn’t say I was impressed, but it wasn’t bad either. It did what I needed it to do, so I guess overall it was okay.

The training advice was okay, it gave me some helpful basics and stuff. But I still felt kinda lost at times, like I needed a bit more explaining.

For the price, it was frustrating, especially because this feels like something that could’ve been preventable with clearer details upfront

My package showed up ripped open and totally crushed. Not exactly what you want to see when it’s expensive gear inside. Frustrating overall.

I thought this was going to feel a lot more premium for the price. It looks really nice online, and maybe that’s what got me, but once shipping and everything got added, I was already kind of annoyed before it even showed up.

It’s not like the gear is terrible or anything. I used it and it does what it’s supposed to do, I guess, but I’ve bought cheaper fitness stuff before that felt just as good, maybe even better. So in my head that means this should’ve been cheaper, even though I know that’s not always how pricing works.
